Kathryn Lee, Ph.D., R.N., is a post-doctoral fellow at the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing and an Associate Trainee at Hopkins Business of Health Initiative (HBHI). Her current research focuses on the economic value of nurses, with an emphasis on nurse practitioners and their impact on patient, organizational, and societal outcomes. Prior to coming to Hopkins, she received her Ph.D. in Nursing from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI. She has a B.S. in Nursing from Hope College, Holland, MI.
