Jeffrey Marr is a Health Economics and Policy PhD student at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. He is interested in the financing, organization, and delivery of health care for Medicare beneficiaries. Before graduate school, Marr was an analyst at Insight Policy Research, where he worked on program evaluation and policy analysis projects for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. In that role, his research addressed a range of topics including Medicare payment policy, quality measurement, kidney disease, and child and maternal health. Marr has a B.A. in Economics from Colgate University.
