Dr. Mattingly currently serves as an Associate Professor and Vice Chair of Academic Affairs in the Department of Pharmaceutical Health Services Research at the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy, where his research focus is in health economics and outcomes research with an emphasis on costs of care. In addition to his work as a faculty member, he is currently an advisory panel member for Clinical Effectiveness and Decision Science for the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute and advisor for the Maryland Department of Health Prescription Drug Monitoring Program.
