Rachel Wu is a PhD candidate in health services research and policy at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She is interested in the organization and delivery of health care for dual-eligible beneficiaries in Medicare and Medicaid, particularly in managed care. She has a B.A. in Economics and History from Yale University.
