Vadim Dukhanin, MD, MHS

Dr. Dukhanin has made significant contributions to the research and practice areas of: 1) patient, care partner, and public engagement; 2) patient safety and diagnostic excellence; and 3) social justice considerations in health care. His overarching focus, synergistic within these three areas, is elevating diverse patient voices in and for patient safety. With the advance of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, patient voices can be more efficiently collected, analyzed, and responded to in real time. Patient-facing AI can and will support not only patient reporting but patient engagement and advocacy as well as delivering real-time solutions.
