Health Economics Workgroup
Connecting health economics scholars and scholarship across the University
About
The breadth of scholarship in Health Economics at Johns Hopkins University is extraordinary with faculty representing the discipline not only in the Department of Economics at the Krieger School of Arts and Sciences, but also at the Carey Business School, the Department of Health Policy and Management at the Bloomberg School of Public Health, and the School of Nursing.
The Hopkins Business of Health Initiative has established The JHU Health Economics Workgroup (JHU-HEW) to connect health economics scholars and scholarship across these various departments and schools. The objectives of the JHU-HEW are:
- Share seminars of interest
- Grow the ties among community members
- Highlight both the breadth and depth of the extraordinary work of our scholars
