Liana Watson manages operations and administration for the Hopkins Business of Health Initiative (HBHI), ensuring efficient coordination across partner schools, affiliates, and external collaborators. She oversees budgeting and compliance, manages high-profile events, and supports strategic planning for HBHI’s leadership and advisory council.

With more than a decade of experience in healthcare, higher education, and publishing, Liana brings a strong background in program management, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement. Before joining HBHI, she supported clinical and academic departments across Johns Hopkins University and The Johns Hopkins Hospital, where she streamlined workflows and strengthened organizational systems.

Liana holds a Master of Science in Health Care Management from the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from Purdue Global University.
