Nicki McCann has served as vice president of provider/payer transformation for the Johns Hopkins Health System since 2019. In this role, she works alongside providers and community organizations to develop strategies and programs that improve patient-centered care, in alignment with the Maryland Total Cost of Care Model.
Ed Beranek is the vice president of revenue management and reimbursement for the Johns Hopkins Health System. He is responsible for managing the hospital rate-setting functions for each of the Johns Hopkins hospitals in Maryland within the framework of regulations set forth by the Health Services Cost Review Commission (HSCRC). His responsibilities also include assuring compliance with Medicare and Medicaid reporting requirements.
