Artificial intelligence (AI) and novel technologies offer tremendous potential for improving the health of older adults, but how key stakeholders make decisions about which technology to finance and adopt is not well understood.

To explore how Medicare Advantage plans are incorporating caregiver support as a supplemental benefit and what this means for the future of care delivery, the Hopkins Business of Health Initiative (HBHI) collaborated with the Hopkins Economics of Alzheimer's Disease and Services (HEADS) Center to convene a panel discussion in this season of HBHI’s Conversations on the Business of Health, bringing together three critical perspectives: payers, providers, and community-based organizations.
