Carolyn Carpenter, MHA, FACHE, has been named president of the National Capital Region (NCR), for the Johns Hopkins Health System (JHHS). In this newly created role, Carpenter will lead all hospital-based and community-based ambulatory sites across the NCR on behalf of Baltimore-based Johns Hopkins Medicine (JHM), including Sibley Memorial Hospital and Suburban Hospital.
